It is one of the visions of BE SHiRO to set up leadership & executive retreat centres all over the world providing the platform for bringing people closer to the essence of authentic leadership and so helping them to find deepest fulfilment in business and life.

The first ALVA Leadership centre was set up in Switzerland in September 2009. The centre is a unique heritage consisting of various buildings in a typical Swiss style located in a beautiful and picturesque landscape in the heart of Switzerland in vicinity of the capital Berne. The centre is surrounded by lush meadows and forests, which allows both full relaxation and the ideal environment for demanding trainings. More centres are planned to be set up in New Delhi and in the Indian Himalayas very soon.
