The lack of talented engineers, technical experts and managers poses one of the greatest threats to many companies. Furthermore, the demographic problem must not be underestimated, since in a few years time many experienced people get retired. Through an extensive mentoring programme delivered by our senior staff we make sure that companies fill successfully the "knowledge gap".
