Our CEO & Co-Founder Andreas noticed in his long career that at the corporate level the lack of authentic leadership and open communication costs companies millions of dollars each year. In 2008 Andreas published his first best-selling book “Be Shiro: Unleash the Power of Authenticity” with the primary purpose to encourage people and organisations to develop the power found through living authentically. It was written to, inspire and empower people to follow their hearts as they become tomorrow's leaders for making this world a better place.

BE SHiRO is based on the author's real-life experience in international management. Written in fable form, it tells the story of a polar bear - with his true self called SHIRO - as he journeys to his own authentic self.

Our brand expresses therefore the underlying principle of living authentically, be it as an individual or an organisation, resulting ultimately in integral life and business excellence.
