Andreas Dudàs - Swiss Citizen
Andreas has gained more than 22 years of profound experience in holding top management positions in various multinational companies such as ABB, Gate Gourmet and the AF Group. Most recently Andreas has been working more than 6 years with a worldwide leading power consulting company as member of the board and head of the global hydro power division, and as chairman of the Indian business unit in Noida/ Delhi.
Andreas has been working in a broad range of functions such as division manager, trainer, mental coach, mediator and project director of multi-billion power, water and infrastructure projects in more than 18 different countries mainly in South (East) Asia, South America, the US and Europe. Andreas has an outstanding track record when it comes to building large interdisciplinary teams, setting up international ventures and running complex projects all over the world.
Andreas holds an MSc in Civil Engineering (ETH Zurich, Switzerland), an MBA in leadership and cross-functional teambuilding (Norwegian School of Management) and an MSc in Logistics and supply chain management (Cranfield School of Management). Furthermore, he holds additional diploma in mental training, conflict management and a certificate in intercultural communication and mediation.
